I call it “having a bit of fun” pouring milk into espresso, we were just fidling around and decided to put it on YouTube, nobody drank anything. “its all about espresso” wooohooo ground breaking, sorry mate but the Italians thought of that 50 years ago. I mean we are using espresso machines “what else is it going to be about? Horse riding?”
Nah man. It’s all good — I just don’t want folks to get the idea that when their espresso isn’t this dark, there’s something wrong that they’re doing. I work with Stumptown coffee over here in Portland, OR. You’re art skills are incredible – and I understand Italians started the craze, but I come across folks these days that want to do nothing but art, and in exchange, disregard the quality of espresso.
