Barista Cup Finland 2011 finals, presentation by Antti Mäkinen of La Torrefazione in Helsinki. In the competition the contestant has 15 minutes to create and serve an espresso, a cappuccino and their own signature drink to the four taste judges. The main judge and two technical judges are observing the execution.
